Taichan satay
Satay ingredients :
- 500 grams of chicken breast fillet
- 1 lime grains
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 segment of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Ingredients for Sambal:
- 20 pieces of red bird's eye chilies
- 5 leeks
- 2 garlic cloves

Steps
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes. Set aside

- Bake the satay on a Teflon non-stick grill until cooked.

- To make chili sauce, puree shallots, garlic, chilies and salt.
- Saute with a little cooking oil until cooked.
- Remove and place on a different serving plate than before.
