Does anyone run a diet program?
Many people complain because of the difficulty of running a diet program that is done, ranging from increasing exercise, to eating and drinking is also limited.

The following ingredients need to be prepared and how to make honey and cinnamon lemon juice:


• 1 lemon.
• Pure honey
• Cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon.


± 15 minutes


1. Boil one and a half cups of water in a medium size skillet.
2. Add lemon juice, cinnamon powder, and honey when the water starts to boil.
3. Stir for a while to mix well.
4. Cover the pan and turn off the heat, wait for about 10 minutes for the ingredients to be evenly mixed.
5. After that strain, and pour into a serving glass.
6. honey and cinnamon lemon juice ready to be served.

Note: Drink while warm for maximum results.

The reason lemon juice honey and cinnamon is suitable for consumption during a diet program:

  1. Cinnamon stabilizes blood sugar levels and improves insulin function, resulting in weight loss. It also stops fat storage caused by high blood sugar levels.
