The texture of crispy, sweet pastries filled with things like nuts, raisins, and chocolate chips is perfect as a snack when relaxing. especially this time I will discuss about recipes and how to make nutella lava cakes which of course will be more interesting than usual cookies. So you're curious right?

Nutella lava Cookies

Here are the ingredients that need to be prepared and how to make nutella lava cookies:


• Nutella 300gr.
• 220gr wheat flour.
• 200gr chocolate chip
• 100gr butter.
• 100gr Brown Sugar.
• 100gr Caster Sugar
• Egg 1 item.
• Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons.
• ½ teaspoon salt.
• Baking powder ½ teaspoon.

1. First, freeze a coin-sized nuttella. By scooping nuttela into a baking sheet that has been coated with baking paper as much as one tablespoon, then put it in the freezer until it hardens.
2. Stir with a mixer or with a butter, brown sugar and sugar mixer until smooth and well blended.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and stir again until evenly mixed.
4. Next, add the flour, baking powder, and also salt and stir until evenly distributed.
5. Finally add the chocolate chips and stir until evenly mixed.
6. Brush the pan with a little butter, then add about one spoonful of the cake mixture that has been made.
7. Insert each hole with one frozen nuttela that we have made before.
8. Then add each more hole with the cake mixture until it covers the nutttela that has been inserted, both sides and top.
9. Bake in the oven at a temperature of ± 130-140 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes, or until cookies look golden brown.
10. When cooked, remove the cookies from the oven, but don't remove them from the pan immediately. Wait until the temperature drops to make it easier to remove.
11. When it's cold, Nutella Lava Cookies are ready to be served.
