• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup pumpkin powder
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of pumpkin or cinnamon pie spice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 glass of sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
• 1 cup of chopped pecans optional
