2. Add eggs, and butter.
3. Shake the wet ingredients until all ingredients are well mixed.
4. Add flour and baking powder.
5. Shake again for 30-60 seconds to make the dough. Make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
6. Brush the muffin mold with a little butter to prevent it from sticking.
7. Bake a muffin at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.
8. If the muffins look cooked, remove them from heat and cold.
9. Carrot muffins are ready to be served.

Note: These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for 3 days, or can be frozen.
