Here are the ingredients that need to be prepared and how to make dragon fruit ice cream:
Ingredients
• 1 dragon fruit.
• 200 ml plain UHT.
• 200 ml liquid whipped cream.
• 2 tablespoons sugar.
• 1 lime fruit.
Duration
± 25 minutes.
Step
1. Blender dragon fruit that has been cut into small pieces together with sugar and milk.
2. Add lime juice to the mixture, and stir again until smooth.
3. Shake the whipped cream using a mixer, then add the mixture that you previously made to the whipped cream and stir the mixture until evenly distributed.
4. Store the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour, then blend again.
5. If it's already smooth, put it back in the freezer with a tightly closed plastic container so the ice cream doesn't crystallize.
6. Once cool, dragon fruit ice cream is ready to be served.
