Hello Foodies friends, nice to meet again with loyal readers of my website. This time I will still discuss about recipes and how to make broccoli salad easily and healthily.
why did I choose to discuss broccoli.? because broccoli contains fiber, protein, complex carbohydrates, potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, and iron.
Various types of vitamins, including vitamin A, vitamin B, folate, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K.
Wow, there is enough nutrition from broccoli. so even more curious about the recipe.

Here are the ingredients that need to be prepared and how to make broccoli salad :

• Fresh broccoli, around 6 florets.
• 8 pieces of roast beef
• 1/3 cup of shallots, diced or thinly sliced.
• ½ cup of dried cranberries
• ½ cup sunflower seeds
• ¼ cup of goat cheese, crumble
• ½ cup mayonnaise

± 35 minutes.

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add sliced roast beef to the cake tray in a row. Then cook for 15 minutes or until crispy.
2. Remove the meat from the oven when it is crispy.
3. Cut all the broccoli florets to your taste or bite size.
4. Put the pieces of broccoli into a large bowl with shallots, dried cranberries, goat cheese and sunflower seeds.
5. Add mayonnaise that has been prepared, stir until smooth.
6. And broccoli salad is ready to be served.
