Chicken soup

Winter suits warm food, right? Yupss this time I will discuss about recipes and how to make chicken soup. Let's see how. !!

Ingredients
• Chicken ± 400gr
• Clean water ± 600ml-700ml.
• Salt ± 2-3 teaspoons.
• White sugar to taste.
• Ginger ± 1 cm
• Potatoes 2 pieces.
• 1-2 carrots.
• Col. 3 sheets.
• 4 beans.
• 1-2 scallions.
• Celery leaves 2 stems.
• 3 teaspoons fried onions.
• 1 red tomato.

Duration
± 45 minutes.

Step
1. Cook approximately 600ml-700ml water over medium heat.
2. Boil the chicken that has been provided and washed before.
3. Blend the onion, garlic, hazelnut and pepper powder.
4. Prepare the frying pan and give enough oil.
5. Saute the vegetable spices until the soup smells distinctive.
6. After that, add the sauces to the chicken stew pan and stir to mix it with other ingredients. Don't forget to stir.
7. Spread the ginger and then put it in the cooking pot and stir again.
8. Cook until the meat is slightly tender.
9. While waiting for the meat to tender, chop the potatoes, carrots, cabbage, green onions and beans.
10. Then, put the potatoes, carrots, cabbage, chives, and beans that have been cut into pieces.
11. Add salt and sugar then stir again.
12. After the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked, transfer the serving to the bowl.
13. sprinkle fried onions and celery on top.
14. Also add tomato slices on top as a complement.
15. Chicken soup is ready to be served.
