Ingredients
1. Wheat flour 200 g. Sift
2. Chocolate bar 300 g
3. Chocolate powder 75 g. Sift
4. 200 ml fresh milk
5. Butter 300 g
6. Chicken eggs 6 grains
7. Sugar sands 250 g
8. Salt tsp
9. One teaspoon baking powder
Duration
± 35 minutes
Steps
1. Melt the chocolate bar and butter in the same pan. After melting add salt. Stir well.
2. Prepare a container for shaking the eggs. Beat eggs with sugar until frothy.
3. Add the chocolate and butter that has been melted slowly together with the milk. Stir well.
4. Then add wheat flour little by little. Mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into 2 pans. Previously spread the pan with butter first.
6. Steam for 20 minutes or until done.
7. Brush the cake with melted chocolate bars and butter then stack it.
8. Brownies are ready to be served.
can also be added with meses, grated cheese, almonds or cream at the top as a complement.
