Here are the ingredients that need to be prepared and how to make date-palm bread:
• 100 gram quality date palm.
• 4 eggs
• 150 gr flour
• 100 gr butter
• 150 g brown sugar.
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

1. Separate the dates from the seeds, then cut the dates into small pieces, then put them in the stirring container.
2. Add margarine, flour, and baking powder that has been prepared, stir until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
3. Then add the eggs, and crush the brown sugar, then mix again until the ingredients are evenly mixed.
4. Prepare a baking sheet, and apply the inside side of the pan with margarine and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour.
5. Pour the mixture that has been mixed evenly into the pan, sprinkle raisins and grated cheese on top. Then bake it in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 55 minutes or you can put a toothpick into the mixture before you oven.
6. After about 55 minutes or a toothpick comes out, you can check that the dates are completely cooked.
7. If a toothpick is out, it's a sign that the date palm is ripe.
8. remove the bread from the oven, wait for it to cool slightly and date palm bread is ready to be served.

Note: date palm bread can last around 4 days at room temperature
