• 2 cloves of garlic.
• 1 leek.

± 20 minutes.
Step
1. Boil the noodles that have been prepared, then drain.
2. Mix egg, pepper, and instant noodle powder seasoning and stir until smooth.
3. After mixing, add the chili, shallot, garlic, and finely chopped green onions, then stir again until smooth.
4. You can also add sausage slices if you want.
5. After that, enter the cooked noodles into it, and stir well again.
6. Heat a frying pan and add a little cooking oil.
7. Pour the noodle and egg mixture into it, then spread evenly. Cook on low heat so that it is cooked on the inside.
8. Wait until the bottom of the martabak is dry and brown, then turn it over. Wait until the back is cooked and brown too.
9. Lift, and add the sauce on top.
10. Cut enough, and the egg noodle martabak is ready to be served.
